What is the Difference Between Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs?

Here is a brieftly explanation of automotive maintenace and repairs.

Maintenance is the routinely scheduled services, inspections and part replacements that your vehicle manufacturer recommends based on the age or mileage of your vehicle. The schedule for performing these maintenance services varies from vehicle to vehicle. You will find the schedule for your vehicle in your owner’s manual.

Repairs are needed when something on your vehicle is not working properly. Either the parts has malfunctioned or worn to the point where a replacement is required to maintain the performance of your vehicle.

Engine Repair

Engine overhaul is the process of removing and dismantle your vehicle's engine to perform the necessary repairs to bring the engine back and running again. Examples of such repairs are blown head gasket, burning oil (blue smoke coming out of your vehicle's tail pipe, burnt valve, blown piston and much more.

Transmission Repair

What is transmission overhaul? Transmission overhaul is the process of removing and dismantle the transmission to perform the necessary repairs to get the transmission back to it working condition. Some examples are the vehicle would not move when put into gear, rattle/ clunking noise inside the transmission, harsh shifting and much more.

We believed in our technician’s workmanship and quality parts, so we back all our work with 12 months or 20,000KM.

Warranty is base on 12 months or 20,000KM whichever comes first, begins immediately following the performance of the service/repair operation.

Suspension is the only component that separates the driver and/or passenger from the ground. The suspension in a vehicle helps absorb harshness in the road. For yourself, passenger and other driver's safety on the road, we highly recommend that you should bring your vehicle in to repair for any damage related to the suspension.
